ARTHUR M. SCUTT JR. KINGSPORT Arthur M. Scutt 80, 2125 Heatherly Road, died Sunday in Holston Valley Community Hospital following an extended illness. He was a native of West Virginia and was a former resident of Elizabethton and Johnson City.

He had lived in Kingsport since 1925, where he was associated with Allen N. Dryden Architects. Mr. Scutt was a member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church. He was a veteran World War a member of the American Institute of Architects, the American Legion and was a former member of the Kiwanis Club.

DAILEY S. MILLER Dailey S. Miller, 69, 2508 Park died Sunday at 10 p.m. in the Veterans Administration Medical Center at Mountain Home after a short illness. He was the son of the late Elbert Sevier and Elizabeth Dunn Miller.
